Role & Responsibilities

  • Drawing up and implementing/monitoring plans and budgets;
  • Developing and leading the sales team Ensure they perform at their best;
  • Collaborating with other departments to match resources with commercial objectives;
  • Identifying opportunities and threats, and taking appropriate action;
  • Be responsible for end to end sales: Lead Generation to closure and post closure relationship management.
  • All performance of the team and achieve the liability for which they are liable.
  • Experience in Sales- Good Communication & Presentable Good Leadership – Proven sales experience in CRM software.
  • Understands the importance of deadlines, proactively remove roadblocks and deliver as per requirement.
